Project scoping

To fully understand the needs of our client, we started with several Q&A sessions with them. We dug deep into their product and the problem they want to solve with it.

Mockup & design

Based on the data we collected from Quickmenu, we created the mockups, which then turned into the final design of the platform.

Project planning and estimation

Once the design was final, we went through the whole product screen by screen and estimated the needed work. We then created a timeline for the whole project and fixed a deadline for ourselves.

Development

The development of the system meant development of 2 separate components: admin panel for the restaurants and an app-like interface for the restaurant visitors, who would be able to access the menu by scanning the QR code on the table.

Support

Weemtech is still supporting Quickmenu in new functionality and feature implementation.
